Subsequently, The Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to `Anisha Impex Limited' pursuant to a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 10, 2013 issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. The corporate identification number is U17101DL1999PLC102506. The promoter is Mr. Sunil Kumar Malik. We are currently engaged in the business of trading of fabrics. We are a multi-product fabric trading company and the range includes fabrics for bedding, windows dressing, decorative, pillows and accents, table linen, kitchen linen and other home furnishing fabrics. We have a diverse product portfolio. Initially the Company was engaged in the fabrication of various products from 1999 to 2005. During FY 2006 onwards we entered into the business of import and export of fabric. From FY 2009 onwards we are engaged in the business of trading of fabrics.
