    The Company was originally incorporated on June 13, 2015 as a private limited Company under the name and style of "Rajnish Hot Deals Private Limited" under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, and Maharashtra. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on February 01, 2018. Pursuant to a resolution of the Shareholders passed on February 03, 2018, the name of the Company was changed to Rajnish Wellness Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on February 09, 2018.
