| Our Company was originally incorporated on March 22, 2001 as "Reliable Data Services Private Limited" vide Registration no. 110145/2001-2002 (CIN: U72900DL2001PTC110145) under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T of Delhi and Haryana. Further, our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from "Reliable Data Services Private Limited" to "Reliable Data Services Limited" vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on July 14, 2017 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 25, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
