    History of Company

    The company history sections lists out major chronological events that happened to the company.
    Shaba Chemicals Ltd was incorporated on 31.12.86 as a Private Limited company with the Registrar of Companies, Madyprdadesh and was subsequently converted into a Public Ltd company in terms of special resolution passed by the company at its Extra held on 24th September 1992, and obtained certificate of change of name dated 16th November 1992, form the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh. The Registered office of the company is situated at Mhow Neemunch Road, ratlam.

    During the period 1986 to 1988 the company implemented tis project within 13 months of incorporation. the commercial production started on 18.4.1988 and there was no cost or time overruns.

    The company is presently engaged in the manufacture of Bulk Drugs , viz, Trimethoprim and Tinidazole with installed capacities of 36 tonnes and 12 tonnes per annum at its factory site at Mhow Neemuch Road, Ratlam. The company started commercial production in April 1988.

    The company is coming out with a public issue of 20,00,000 equity share of Rs.10/- each for cash at par aggregating to Rs. 200/- lakhs. The issue opens on 15th April 1994. One of the main objectives of the issue is to finance the expansion of the company's capacity of trimethoprim from 36 tonnes per annum to 236 tonnes per annum by the year 1994-95.

    Shaba Chemicals Ltd has informed that the meeting of the members of the Company held on September 29, 2007 have unanimously resolved by the members to appoint Mr. Ritesh Jain as a Whole time Director of the Company with effect from the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

    -Company name has changed to Satiate Agri Ltd. from Shaba Chemicals Ltd..
