| Sayaji Hotels Limited is a listed public limited company with properties in Baroda ,Gandhidham and Indore.The Board of Directors have recently announced a 1:3 rights issue of 1090000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for a premium of Rs 20 per share aggregating Rs32700000 to the existing equity shareholders of the company.The company as part of its ambitious plan has planned to come up with a hotel complex in Indore at a cost of Rs 17.35 crore.The proceeds of the rights issue will be used to part finance the project at Indore. The company is planning to set up one more hotel complex at Baroda with a 200 room capacity at a cost of Rs 22 crore.According to company sources,it has identified Jamnagar for another hotel complex which would come up in two years time.The club -cum -complex located in popular Meghdoot park, Indore is the only one of its kind and first among business-cum -recreational complexes in the country ,according to the management of Sayaji Hotels.

2010
- The Company and Kohinoor Hospitality Pvt. Ltd has been awarded the 4/5 star hotel project on a Build and Operate basis, land parcel at 'Kotra Sultanabad, Tehsil Huzoor, Distt. Bhopal on long-term (90 years) through the competitive bidding route from Madhya Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Ltd (MPTDC) using the e-Procurement System.
- The Company has appointed Shri B. M. Gupta, Chief General Manager of Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd. as an Nominee Director.
