The company is mainly into the manufacturing of cotton yarn and synthetic staple fibre and promoted by L Nagaswarna, R Doraiswami, D Ranganayakiammal, L Swathy, L Suhasini, Swathy Processors Ltd and Suhasini Spinners Ltd. 1951 -The company started commercial operation at the Ganapathy unit in Tamil Nadu. 1984 -The company started its second unit at Nagari, Andhra Pradesh and third unit at Sathyamangalam, Tamil Nadu. 2008 -The Company has entered into a Joint Development Agreement with M/s.
