Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to "Akme Star Housing Finance Private Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 23, 2009. Further, the Company was converted into public limited company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 13, 2009. KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES IN THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY March 17, 2005 - The company was incorporated as Akme Buildhome Private Limited. December 24, 2009 - On August 31, 2009 the Company applied for the license from National Housing Bank where the license no. 08.0076.09 was granted to the Company on the December 24, 2009. November 13, 2009 - The Company was converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 13, 2009. 2020 -Company name changed to Star Housing Finance Ltd. from Akme Star Housing Finance Ltd..

    2022 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
