    Majjarrisha Housing Finance Limited was incorporated on 14th May 1992 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the State of Madhya Pradesh at Indore and after broadbasing the Board and deciding on the line of action to develop the business, obtained certificate of commencement of business on 8th February 1993. The Company has been promoted by Shri. Rajesh Jain, Mrs. Jaishri Jain, Shri Rakesh Jain, Rajshri Jain, Mrs.Manohar Devi Jain and Shri. Atul Jain. Later on the following persons have joined the Company as Directors. The Company is engaged in providing long term housing finance to individuals, co-operative societies, companies and others. The Company does not have any subsidiary. 2007 -Company name has been changed from MHFL Technologies Ltd to Sylph Technologies Ltd. 2015 -The Company has been Launched the Business Process Outsourcing Services & Knowledge Process Outsourcing Services.
