    2006 - On October 2006 Mobizar Ltd, a step down subsidiary of Tanla Solutions Ltd, has been renamed to Tanla Mobile Ltd. - Tanla Solutions Ltd has filed draft red herring prospectus with SEBI for its plan to enter the capital market with public issue of 1.58 crore equity shares of Rs. 2 each through book building process.

    2007 - Tanla Solutions Ltd got listed from5th January 2007at Rs. 379.80, at a premium of 43.32%.

    - On April 25, 2007, Tanla solutions appoints Bhushan Dewan as president of quality and business excellence.

    - Tanla Mobile a subsidiary of Tanla Solution Ltd has expanded its operations into Ireland.

    2008 - Tanla Solutions Ltd has informed on March 17th 2008, that Board of directors of the company has approved the split in the face value of the equity shares from Rs.2 to Rs.1 each.

    - The company has been recognized as the "Best Established Indian Company" in the IT sector and the award instituted by HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Exporters Association) for the year 2006-07.
