It offers an extensive range of consulting, design, development, delivery, and support services and professional expertise needed to successfully design, develop, implement, and maintain a business process solution, ensuring delivery of anticipated benefits, return on investment, and reliability of mission-critical processes. 2006 - On October 2006 Mobizar Ltd, a step down subsidiary of Tanla Solutions Ltd, has been renamed to Tanla Mobile Ltd. - Tanla Solutions Ltd has filed draft red herring prospectus with SEBI for its plan to enter the capital market with public issue of 1.58 crore equity shares of Rs. 2 each through book building process. 2007 - Tanla Solutions Ltd got listed from5th January 2007at Rs. 379.80, at a premium of 43.32%. - On April 25, 2007, Tanla solutions appoints Bhushan Dewan as president of quality and business excellence. - Tanla Mobile a subsidiary of Tanla Solution Ltd has expanded its operations into Ireland. 2008 - Tanla Solutions Ltd has informed on March 17th 2008, that Board of directors of the company has approved the split in the face value of the equity shares from Rs.2 to Rs.1 each. - The company has been recognized as the "Best Established Indian Company" in the IT sector and the award instituted by HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Exporters Association) for the year 2006-07. -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted To Plot No. 564-A-22-III/A, Road No. 92, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad-500033. 2009 --Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from Plot No. 564, Road No. 92, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad - 500 033. to Hitech City Road, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500 081 2010 -The company has acquired 10% in Tanla Oy. 2011 -The company has launched TPAYmobile.com a mobile application. -The company has launched online classical music solution for vocal excellance. 2012 -"Tanla Solutions has launched Games Club for BlackBerry Smartphones". 2015 -Tanla Solutions Ltd has titled "Tanla's A2P Messaging Hub Touches Record Monthly High; Processes 5 Billion messages" 2018 -Tanla Platforms Ltd has Acquisition of SMS Hub with a leading mobile operator in India -Tanla Acquires Karix Mobile 2019 -Tanla launches World's First Blockchain Enabled Commercial Communication Stack, TRUBLOQ, at MWC19, Barcelona. 2020 -Company name has changed to Tanla Platforms Ltd. from Tanla Solutions Ltd.. 2021 -Tanla Recognized in the 2021 Gartner CPaaS Competitive Landscape 2022 -Tanla Platforms said that it has entered into an exclusive partnership with Kore.ai for five countries, viz. India, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Philippines. -Company was awarded a score of 32 out of 100 by S&P Global ESG Score (software SOF industry specific). -Tanla launches "Wisely Insights". -Tanla forges exclusive partnership with Truecaller.
