Thereafter, our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extra ordinary general meeting of our Shareholders held on October 22, 2024 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed from "Unified Data- Tech Solutions Private Limited" to "Unified Data- Tech Solutions Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public company dated November 26, 2024 issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
