    The company was incorporated on 30th December, 1993 as a Public Limited Company under the name of Uniroyal Textile Industries Limited. The company has its registered office at 78-A, Ekaas Sadan, Zamrudpur, Greater Kailash - I, New Delhi and is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi. The company received the certificate of commencement of business on 18th January, 1994. Since incorporation the company has acquired the plot for setting up of the factory and has also ordered the major part of the plant & machinery required. The company has also received No Objection Certificate from the State Pollution Control Board. PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY The company has a fabric woven lables unit which has an installed capacity of 1,15,425 sq.m and 38,475 sq.m. per annum of Tafeta and Satin labels respectively, which are produced on fully automated and computerised machinery. 1996 -During the year, the company started the trading of yarn of Reliance Industries Ltd. for Ludhiana territory. 2007 -Company name has been changed from Uniroyal Textiles Industries Ltd to Uniroyal Industries Ltd. -Uniroyal Industries has designated E-mail ID for Investor Complaints: info@uniroyalgroup.com
