| The Company was incorporated as United Polyfab (Unit-II) Private Limited under the provision of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated November 16, 2010 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Consequent upon the conversion of the Company to public limited company, the name of the Company was changed to United Polyfab (Unit-II) Limited and fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 3, 2015 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad Gujarat. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to United Polyfab Gujarat Limited and certificate of Incorporation dated December 11, 2015 pursuant to change of name was issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is
U18109GJ2010PLC062928. In the initial stages of 3 years till September, 2013 the Company was engaged in the trading business of Grey cloth fabrics. However, the Promoters are engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading since 2006. To avail the rich experience of the promoters in the said field, the company commenced the manufacturing/weaving of Grey denim, Grey shirting fabric and cotton grey fabric in October, 2013 due to which top line of the company has improved to Rs. 965.23 Lacs and Rs. 3183.66 Lacs in the FY 2014 and FY 2015 respectively. At present, Company is having 42 Airjet automatic Looms having capacity to manufacture/weaving upto 28896 meters grey denim/grey fabric/cotton grey fabric per day in 3 shifts. Company operates at its average capacity of 7,00,000 meters per month.
