| Good Value Irrigation Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 27th Sept, 1993 with the object of manufacturing Irrigation System and Green House. The Company was converted into Public Limited Company on 4th Feb., 1994 in terms of the Special Resolution passed on 28.12.93 and obtained a fresh Certificate of Incorporation from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay.
The Company is presently engaged in setting up of manufacturing facility of Green House and Drizzle Irrigation System with technical collaboration with Ashlad Limited of Israel and D.R.I.R Inc. of California, U.S.A., respectively.
