Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to a public limited company and thename of the Company was changed to AKM Lace and Embrotex Limited vide Special Resolution dated May 04, 2017. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued on May 15, 2017 by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
