| L N Polyesters Ltd., was incorporated as Public Limited Company on January 19th 1993. The Registered Office of the Company is situated at 205, 2nd Floor, Chenoy Trade Centre, Park Lane, Secunderabad - 500003. The Company is setting up a unit for the Manufacture of Texturised Dyed and Rotoset Polyester Filament Yarn from Partially Oriented Yarn (POY)
with an installed capacity of 838 tpa at Patighanapuram Village, Patanchem Mandal, Medak District, Andhra Pradesh. The unit will be assisted by Sanghi Polyesters Limited in respect of Technical Know-how and supply of Raw materials.
MAIN OBJECTS TO BE PURSUED BY THE COMPANY
1. To carry on the business as manufacturers, producers, processors, importers, buyers, sellers of and dealers in all kinds of Polyester, Polypropylene, PVC Polythelene and/or any other yarn, Synthetic films for industrial and non-industrial uses, Audio and Video magnetic tapes,
Computer tapes, Typewriter tapes, Capacitor films, Graphic art films, X-Ray and Photo films, Metallised films, Packaging films, Electrical insulation films, Wall coverings, Audio and Video cassette of all kinds.
2. To carry on the business of manufacturers, producers and processors, importer, exporters, buyers, sellers of and dealers in all kinds of Polymers and Chips.

- LN Polyesters Ltd has informed that Sri. K C Venkateswarlu, is appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company at the Board of Directors Meeting held on January 31, 2008 with effect from the day of Board Meeting i.e. January 31, 2008.
2011
-Company has changed its name from LN Polyesters Ltd. to LN Industries India Ltd.
2013
-The Board has approved the agreement entered into with M/s. Opus Builder and Developers Private Limited.
2023
-Company name has changed from LN Industries India Ltd. to ACS Technologies Ltd.
