YEAR EVENTS
1990 - Arham Fiscals Limited (herein referred to as The Company) was cincorporated under
the Companies Act, 1956 on 19th March under the name and style of Rusoday Mutual
Funds Limited and obtained Certificate for Commencement of Business on 23rd March.
- The name of the company has been changed to Rusoday Finance Limited and subsequently
changed its name to Global Fiscals Limited by passing a special resolution at its Extra-ordinary
General Meeting held on 6th May 1996 and Obtained a fresh certificate of incorporation from the
Registrars of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad on 6th June, 1996.
- The Company is presently engaged in the activities of Investment in Shares, Loans and
Advances, etc.
1994 - The Company has become a subsidiary of Rusoday & Company Limited with effect from 30th
September.
1997 - In accordance with the direction of regional director, Department of Company Affairs, Ministry
of Finance, Madras, the name of the Company has been Changed to "Arham Fiscals Limited"
by passing a Special resolution at its Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on 22nd April and
Obtained a fresh certificate of incorporation from the Registrars of Companies, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad on 28th April.
- ARHAM FISCALS LIMITED is now entering the high growth, highly valued financial services
industry.
1999 - Shri Binod Dugar, Director of the company retires by rotation. And being eligible offers
himself for re-appointment.
2000 - Color Chips India Ltd., a Hyderabad-based 2D & 3D animation and
syndication company with the largest training and production
facility in India, has tied up with the children's comic magazine
Chandamama.
- The suspension in trading of equity shares of the company will be revoked effective
from 27th September.
- Mr. Uttam P. Kumar and Dr. Pitamber have resigned as Directors from the board with
immediate effect. Mr. Sudhish S. Rambhotla was appointed as Managing Director,
and Mr. Dr. Chandra Bhushan and Mr. Bill Buck as Directors.
- The Company providing 2D and 3D animation and features syndication services,
has acquired ownership rights of over 6,000 pages of cartoons, characters and designs,
developed by Mr. Anant Pai, editor of Amar Chitra Katha and Tinkle.
- The Company has entered into an agreement with Corbett Feature, US for marketing
and promotion of cartoon strips and features of Corbett Features.
2001 - Color Chips (India) Ltd. the city-based cartoon feature syndication company has entered
into an agreement with US-based Corbett Features for marketing and promoting the
features developed by the later in news papers, periodicals etc.,
- The Company has entered into an agreement with the country's oldest syndicate of
comics, Pran Features for an exclusive marketing and distribution rights of hte latter's
well-known cartoon characters, such as Chacha Chaudary, Billoo, Pinki, Srimati Ji,
Chennai Chachi and Raman.
- The Company a player in the field of 2D and 3D animation and feature syndication,
has entered into a straegic alliance with Numero Uno International Ltd.
2002-Color Chips India Ltd has informed that the shareholders of the Company at the EGM held on May 2, 2002 have approved the proposal to issue 18,50,000 shares on preferential basis to Promoters, MF's/FII's/FI's/OCB's/NRI's/PCB's for cash at par by passing the required resolution.
2003 - Color Chips Limited has informed the Exchange that it has entered the highly lucrative gaming business and as first step towards this direction the company recruited a batch of 8 people of the prestigious International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Hyderabad.
-Signed co-production deal for a thirteen episode series with Benj Productions, France.
-N W Insurance Services Pvt. Ltd. have acquired 15,00,000 shares of color chips amounting to 11% of the company. The mode of acquisition is through preferential allotment.
-board has approved to Increase the Authorised Capital of the company, from Rs 111.05 million to Rs 131.05 million.
-Amend the resolution passed at the EGM held on August 18, 2003 for issue of rights shares for the purpose of issuing further securities by way of Public, Rights, Preferential, ADRs, GDRs.
2004
-Color Chips successfully executes three Feature Films projects
-Color Chips Ltd. signs up with Saregama India Ltd.
-The Hyderabad-based Color Chips India Limited, an animation and graphics company, signed a memorandum of understanding with Gwangju Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency (GITCT) of South Korea to promote strategic business tie-ups and alliances between the former and South Korean animation companies.
-Color Chips (India) ties up with I-Mac Arts and Mohan Sruthi Creations
-Color Chips signs up a prestigious 2D Animation Project with BKN International AG, Germany
-Color Chips wins animation project worth $2.5 mn
-Color Chips inks pact with BKN International AG
-Ties up with M/s Hanrej Software Solutions Private Limited for acquiring games content developed by Hanrej
-Ties up with M/s American Solutions Inc., USA for providing Web Designing Services
-Signs up a Flash Animation project with M/s Kasav Infosys Inc., USA. As per the terms, Color Chips will be providing Flash Animation services to Kasav Infosys Inc, USA
2005
- Entered into an agreement with ETV Network for broadcast of the 2D Animation Television Serial "CAPER TOWN COPS" in Marathi Gujarathi, Kannada, Oriya & Bengali languages on the ETV Network on a revenue sharing basis.
- Enters into licensing agreement with Star Entertainment Pvt Ltd for distribution of the programmes "CAPER TOWN COPS, ULTIMATE BOOK OF SPELLS and SCRUFF".
-Color Chips ties up with Internatural Health LLC
-Color Chips signs USD 2.5 mn agreement with M/s BKN, USA
-Color Chips (India) Ltd Issues Rights in the Ratio of 1:2
2014
-Change in the name of the Company from M/s. Color Chips (India) Limited to M/s. Sphere Global Solutions Limited.
-Color Chips (India) Ltd has informed that the Registrar of Companies (ROC), India have approved its change of registered Office.
-The Registered office of the company has been shifted from old address to A-52, Journalist Colony, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad -500033, Telangana, India.
2016
- Sphere Global Services Ltd. Collaborates with SAP as an Authorized Education Partner".
2018
-Company name has changed from Sphere Global Services Ltd.to Adroit Infotech Ltd.
2024
-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 3:2 at a premium of Rs. 5 per share.
2025
-Adroit Infotech bags Rs 29 crore Five-Year Application Support Contract.
-Adroit Infotech Informed the Exchange that issue of equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 3 : 2.
