Later on, company was converted into public limited company, subsequently the name of our Company was changed to "Aelea Commodities Limited" and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 28, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.     -Purchase of Non-Agricultural Open Land for Proposed Factory/ Manufacturing unit.
    This shall lead to increase in our installed capacity, by addition of 100 MT/Day, from 40 MT/Day to approx. 140 MT/Day* and 50 MT of CNSL Oil.
