    The Company was originally incorporated as "Ahasolar Private Limited" as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated July 28, 2017, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on December 15, 2022, the name of the Company was changed to "Ahasolar Technologies Private Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 22, 2022 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on December 26, 2022, the Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to "Ahasolar Technologies Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 06, 2023 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
