History of Company

The company history sections lists out major chronological events that happened to the company.
The Company was promoted in the name and style of RVS Steels & Allied Industries Ltd. and was registered in the State of Maharashtra on 18th March, 1985 by Sarvashri R V Shah, P D Prabhu and others. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Shree Precoated Steels Ltd. on 24th October, 1985.

The Certificate of Commencement of Business was obtained on 6th January, 1986. Shri C S Ajmera and Associates took over the Company on 6th October, 1986.

The major event after incorporation of the Company in 1985 was change of foreign collaboration due to the availability of better terms and conditions, better technology, superior equipment and product mix. The Company has changed their Collaborator from Hunter Engineering, USA to Cockerill Mechanical Industries, Belgium.

Ajmera Group of Companies consist of Ajmera Housing Corporation and other Companies in Construction Division, Ajmera Cements Pvt. Ltd. (Shreeji brand cement manufacturing Plant), a 100 TPD Cement Plant operating profitably at over 100% capacity utilisation; Steel & Alloy Steels, steel fabrication and light engineering items and Hotel Tulsi-Rajkot.

2005 -Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd Issues Rights in the Ratio of 1:2

2008

- Shree Precoated Steels Limited has appointed Mr. Harish Kumar Agrawal as Company Secretary & DGM-Legal w.e.f. 1st April 2008. He will also be the Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Mr. Nilesh Jain who has since resigned.

-Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has informed that the IDBI Bank Ltd has appointed Mr. A U Katra as nominee on Board of the Company w.e.f. September 08, 2008.

-Company name has been changed from Shree Precoated Steels Ltd to Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd

2009

- Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited has appointed Mr.Hiresh Dhakan as an Assistant Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

2011

-Mr. Keshav Kunder has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company.

-AjmeraRealty - Acquisition of 100% stake in Ajmera Biofuel Ltd ("ABL").

2012 -Ajmera Realty & Infra has recommended a dividend @ 17% i.e. Re. 1.70 per Equity Shares.

2013 -Ajmera Realty & Infra have recommended dividend @ 15% i.e. Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share.

2014 -Ajmera Realty & Infra have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 Per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each .

2015 -The Company have incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company with name and Style "Ajmera Corporation UK Limited.

2019 -Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. received award for excellence in marketing campaign in Marketing Maverick Awards held in Mumbai. -Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. awarded by Hurun Report 2018, a special felicitation for 50 years in Indian Real Estate.

2020

-Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. has won "Developers of the Year-Residential Category Award" by 11th Realty+ Excellence Awards 2019- West.

2022

-The Company to develop residential project in Wadala

2024 -Ajmera Realty's Bengaluru project launch sees strong festive sales, Books 37% in Diwali week. -Ajmera Realty inks INR 500 Cr of structured deal for Ajmera Manhattan, partly prepays GCP loan. -Ajmera Realty bags residential redevelopment project in Versova, Mumbai; targets sale value of INR 360 crores. -Ajmera Realty expands in Vikhroli East with land acquisition aiming for ~INR 550 Crores in Sales Revenue.

2025 - Ajmera Realty & Mehta Group have joined forces to introduce "One Kalyan", a luxurious residential project in Kalyan. -Ajmera Realty bags housing society redevelopment project in Mumbai's Andheri with a sales potential of 320 crore. -Ajmera Realty Infra India has developed a Miyawaki-themed forest in the open space of Kalina Campus. -Ajmera Realty sells 81% of new Vikhroli project within 24 hours, books Rs 427 crore.
