    Speedy Multimodes Limited 85% equity shares were acquired by the Company from Beyond Properties Private Limited for a total consideration of ` 102/- crores (Rupees One Hundred and Two Crores).

    2024 -Allcargo Terminals Ltd. Completed Acquisition of 9,12,00,000 shares of Haryana Orbital Rail Corporation Limited. -Allcargo Terminals expands CFS capacity in Kolkata; aims to increase its production capacity by 25%. -Allcargo Terminals Limited Starts Trading on NSE and BSE after Demerger from Allcargo Logistics Limited.
