    History of Company

    The Company was incorporated as Quest Softech (India) Private Limited on 27th March, 2000 under the Companies Act, 1956 and was converted into a public limited company on 18th March 2008 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

    Authorized share capital of Rs. 25,00,000 divided into 2,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each and an issued, subscribed and paid up capital of Rs. 2,000 divided into 200 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The Registered Office of the Company has been situated in the state of Maharashtra. At the time of incorporation, the main objects of the Company were to carry out activities relating to software & hardware consultancy & consulting services business.

    2013

    -The equity shares of Quest Softech (India) Ltd (Scrip Code: 535719) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of T Group Securities.

    2015

    - The Registered Office address has been shifted from its present situation at 27, Maker Bhavan II, 2nd Floor, 18 New Marine Lines, Mumbai - 400 020 to 82, Mittal Court, A -Wing, 8th Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021, within the local limit of the town where the registered office of the company is presently situated. Quest Softech (India) Limited 82, Mittal Court, A- Wing. 8th Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai- 400 021.

    2024 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 8:5 at a premium of Rs. 20 per share. -The Company name has changed from Quest Softech (India) Ltd. to Ampvolts Ltd.

    2025 -Ampvolts Ltd. Partners with Mecpower Solutions Ltd. to Develop Green Power Infrastructure for EV charging. -The Company has executed three charging hubs for cargo vehicles to meet the bulk electric charging demands of transporters.
