| The company was originally incorporated with the Registrar of Companies on 23rd March 1982 as ARC Modellors & Services Limited with registration no. 035283. The name was changed to ARC FINANCE LIMITED. A fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent to such change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, dated 19th day of February, 1993.
