| The company belongs to "Saboo Group" of Jodhpur, which is promoted by Mr.Durga Prasad Saboo and his sons. The company though incorporated in 1979, was not active till 1982 when
it became a partner in a family concern M/s Shree Engineers. In 1984 the Company became a sole proprietor of M/s Shree Engineers which become a unit of the Company. This Unit is
engaged in the manufacture of mini cement plants based on Saboo VSK Technology. Similarly, in Oct.1993, the company became a partner of Saboo Chemicals and Engineers. In October 1994 the Company became the sole proprietor of M/s Saboo Chemical & Engineers and thus it become the second unit of the Company. This second unit is engaged in the manufacture of refractory cement and Castables.
