Avery Pharmaceuticals plan to expedite for setting up the manufacturing base near Ahmedabad to manufacture the patented products like Pharma, Health & Hygiene films . We have received regulatory approval and we expect to start commercial production and marketing from FY2019-20. -The company has signed a wide ranging agreement with Versarien Plc through its subsidiary company Cambridge Graphene Limited, covering a variety of the graphene products and activities. 2020 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 1:5 at a premium of Rs. 26 per share.
