| The company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 15th June, 1992 with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad and was converted into Perfect Weavers Limited, a public limited Company on 8th September, 1993. The Company has an existing unit at Kalol, Gujarat, engaged in the manufacture & export of 100% cotton fabrics made from dyed
& grey yarn. The unit started commercial production from September, 1992.
Initially, to establish itself in the market, the company was doing job work (weaving) for M/s Bharat Vijay Mills Limited, a well known established Textile Mill in Ahmedabad, However, the Company has not entered into any agreement with Bharat Vijay Mills Ltd. for doing the job
work. The margin of profit was low and at the same time it could not utilise its optimum capacity. However, in 1993-94 the Company improved its capacity utilisation and also started exporting part of its fabrics through merchant exporters, after getting it processed at Bharat Vijay Mills
Limited, where realisations were better. Encouraged by the response to the quality of their fabrics, the Company decided to expand its weaving capacity from 11.40 lac
meters per annum to 39.89 lac meters per annum by installing machineries for Weaving & Yarn Dyeing facility.
2003
- had signed an agreement with A. P. based company for B.P.O. work.
2011
- Sequel e-Routers Ltd has approval for change of Registered office of the company from 302, Mahakant Complex, Near V S Hospital Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad-380006 to 1, Ashiyana Bunglow, opp Judges Bunglow, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad 380015.

- Sequel e-Routers Ltd has change the registered office of the Company from 1, Ashiyana Bunglow, Opp. Judges Bunglow, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad - 380015 to 1, Ankur Complex, 2nd Floor, B/h, Town Hall, Opp. Hasubhai Chambers, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad - 380 006.
2014
Sequel e-Routers Ltd has been fixed as a Record Date for the purpose of consolidation of equity shares of the Company from Rs. 1/- each into Rs. 10/- each.
-Sequel e-Routers has Consolidates its Face value from Rs 1/- to 10/-

-The Company name has changed to Bharat Global Developers Ltd. from Kkrrafton Developers Ltd.
-The Company received order of Rs. 650 Crore from Tata Agro & Consumer Product.
