Borosil Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 as `Hopewell Tableware Private Limited' pursuant to certificate of incorporation dated November 25, 2010 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur. The Company was converted from `Hopewell Tableware Private Limited' to `Hopewell Tableware Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 19, 2018, consequent upon conversion from Private Limited to Public Limited, was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Thereafter, the name of our Company was changed to `Borosil Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 20, 2018 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
