The name of our Company was subsequently changed to `Caliber Mining and Logistics Private Limited', pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board of Directors on June 17, 2024 and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders on July 5, 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on July 29, 2024. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed from `Caliber Mining and Logistics Private Limited' to `Caliber Mining and Logistics Limited' pursuant to conversion of our Company from a private limited company to a public company, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board of Directors on July 29, 2024 and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders on July 30, 2024, and a fresh certificate pursuant to such conversion was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on September 10, 2024.
