Pursuant to an order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, the name of the Company was changed to Chembond Chemicals Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 24, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
