    G.P. Electronics Ltd., a Company headed by Mr. Ajay Piramal, a sion of the Piramal clan, (Nicholas Laboratories, Morarjee Mills etc.) is a leading producer of Magnets and hard ferrites for the electronics industry.

    Established in 1984, the Company commissioned its first plant in 1985. The plant of the Company is located at Nasik in Maharashtra. The Company markets high quality magnets to OEMS (Original Equipment Manufacturers) in the consumer electronics industry, particularly for speakers, earphones, headphones, telephones etc. and in the automotive industry for horns, magnets in two and three wheelers, wiper motors etc. The other applications of these products are in D.C. Motors, stepper motors, generators, material handling systems, toys and novelties.

    The Company has two foreign collaborators. Tokyo Kikai Sangyo Ltd. of Japan and Crucilla Magnets, U.S.A.

    2000 - Dealings in Letter of Allotment of Equity Shares allotted on conversion of Part A of 14% PCD are good delivery in the market until further notice.
