| Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 11th September, 1987, Subsequently, it was converted into a Public Limited Company on 5th November, 1992. The company was promoted by Shri Ramakant Inani and Shri Srikant Inani. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing cotton yarn by OPEN END SPINNING PROCESS since 1987. The company had setup two open end machines having 336 rotors and started one more machine of 192 rotors in
March 1994, taking the total capacity to 1387 MT per annum. The company's present capacity is 3459 MT per annum.
