Thereafter a Company was formed by the Promoters Dinesh Rathi and Uma Rathi under the name and style of DRA Consultants Private Limited on May 05, 2009 bearing Corporate Identification Number U93090MH2009PTC192183 issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai and thereafter acquired the business of the proprietary firm vide agreement dated June 30, 2009. Subsequently, the Company was converted into Public Company pursuant to Shareholders resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on July 28, 2016 and the name of the Company was changed to ?DRA Consultants Limited? and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation Consequent upon Conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated August 24, 2016 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
