Subsequently, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by members in Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of Company held on February 08, 2019 and the name of the company was changed to Gensol Engineering Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 26, 2019 , issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab and Chandigarh.
