    History of Company

    The company history sections lists out major chronological events that happened to the company.
    The company was incorporated on 17th November, 1962, as a private company and converted into a public company on 9th September 1963. The company is a manufacturer of and dealer in various types of structural steel works, industrial machinery and glass lined chemical vessels.

    During 1982-83, the company entered into a technical collaboration agreement with M/s.De Dietrich & Cie, France for glasslined equipment. It entered into a technical cum financial agreement with Pfaudler Companies Inc. USA.

    Electrical Instruments Manufacturing Company Limited was amalgamated with the Company with effect from 1st January, 1979.

    The company has entered into an investment and technical collaboration agreement with Pfaudler-Balfour companies Inc, USA, which owns 40% of the total issued share capital of the company. Pfaudler has provided the company with technology for the manufacture of glass lined steel reactors.

    2006

    -GMM Pfaudler Ltd has appointed Darius Shroff as Additional Director.

    2007

    -GMM Pfaudler Ltd has been incorporated in Switzerland in the name of "GMM Mavag AG."

    2014 -GMM Pfaudler Ltd has considered and approved Final Dividend @ Rs. 0.90 per share -GMM Pfaudler Ltd has appointed Dr. Amrita Patel as an additional Independent Director with effect from December 11, 2014.

    2017 -Pfaudler acquires Interseal and extends its offering of Sealing Technologies

    2019 -GMM Pfaudler Limited has acquired Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd.

    2020 -GMM Pfaudler Limited has launched it's new Service Center in Switzerland

    2021 -GMM Pfaudler Limited acquires assets of HDO Technologies Limited -Pfaudler is expanding its Services business with the opening of a new Service Station in Bitterfeld

    2022

    -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:1. -GMM Pfaudler Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Mixel France SAS and its wholly owned subsidiary Mixel Agitator Co. -GMM Pfaudler Limited has informed the Exchange about update on acquisition of balance 46% shareholding of existing overseas subsidiary, GMM International.
