| The Company was incorporated in the State of Gujarat on 5th August, 1992 under the name. Heera Ispat Limited and obtained certificate of commencement of business on 10th August 1992. The Company proposes to start a medium scale induction furnace based plant near Godhra in District Panchmahals for manufacture of 20,000MT for different type of steel. After incorporation promoters conducted a market survey in steel & related market to arrive at the most potential line of business in the steel industry which is alloy steel, billets and ingots etc. Thereafter the task of Preparation of Project report was taken up and the same was submitted to GITCO for appraisal which was done in November 1993. As per the implementation schedule the company has gave in selection of land, Plant & Machinery and other infrastructural facilities.

-Registered office of the Company has been shifted from 3/A, Vishwakarma Towers, Gandhi Chowk, Godhra, Gujarat to 206, Ashwarath Complex, 2nd Floor, Opp. Fortune Land Mark Hotel, Usmanpura, Ahmedabad - 380013.
-Heera Ispat Ltd-The Company has received a proposal for amalgamation of Heavy Metal and Tubes Limited with Heera Ispat Limited.
