1973 - International Conveyors Ltd was incorporated in 1973 by two Kolkata based entrepreneurs Mr. R.K. Dabriwala and Mr. Anver Hussain to manufacture conveyor belts. 1979 - The company started commercial production in Aurangabad plant. 2003 - The Board of directors of the company had decided to buy back 15% of issued share like 360000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price not exceeding Rs 30 per share. 2008 - The board of the company on 29th February 2008, had approved the issue of 9,75,000 convertible warrants of Rs 10 each convertible into equity shares of Rs 10 each on preferential basis. - Further, the board had decided to increase the authorized capital of Rs 3 crore to Rs 5 crore. 2009 -International Conveyors has given the Bonus in the Ratio of 1:1 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1 2010 -International Conveyors have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.15 per equity shares (i.e. 15%) in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.10 per equity share (i.e. 10%). 2011 -International Conveyors has recommended dividend of 15% 2012 -International Conveyors has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 0.25 (i.e. 25%) per equity share 2013 -International Conveyors Ltd has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 0.25 (i.e. 25%) per equity shares. 2014 -Mr. Sunit Mehra has appointed as Additional independent Director of the company. -International Conveyors Ltd has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 0.25 (i.e. 25%) per equity shares.
