| The Company was originally incorporated as Jhandewala Foods Private Limited on August 14, 2006 with Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan as a private limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956. The name of the Company was changed to Jhandewalas Foods Private Limited pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on April 09, 2010 and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan on April 14, 2010. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 26, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Jhandewalas Foods Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur dated September 29, 2017.
