History of Company

The company history sections lists out major chronological events that happened to the company.

The Company was originally incorporated on July 17, 2014 as "Keyon Softwares Private Limited" vide Registration No. 269020/ 2014-2015 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Further, the Company has changed its name from "Keyon Softwares Private Limited" to Ksolves India Private Limited" vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on September 27, 2014 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 14, 2014 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Further, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from "Ksolves India Private Limited" to "Ksolves India Limited" vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on April 25, 2020 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 28, 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.

2015

- Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of "Keyon Softwares Private Limited"

- Changed its name from "Keyon Softwares Private Limited" to "KSolves India Private Limited".

2019

- Acquire 100% stake in Subsidiary Company i.e Kartik Solutions Private Limited

2020

- Converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 28, 2020

2021 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1. -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 3:1.

2023 -Ksolves Won "Indian MSME Of The Year Award 2023- Services" By The Economic Times. -"Ksolves won Dun & Bradstreet Business Enterprises of Tomorrow 2023, Business Excellence Award". -Ksolves Won Great Companies-SME Business Award 2023. -Ksolves Won 'Nasscom SME Inspire Awards 2023- Growth Leadership In Tech Services.'

2024 -Ksolves Bags Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India 2024 Award in Data & AI Tech. -Ksolves Takes Home Indian MSME of the Year Award by Economic Times.
