| M/S Kuwer Industries Ltd. (KIL) was orginally incorporated on 24th Dec, 1993, as a Public Ltd. Company with Registrar of Companies at Delhi & Haryana and obtained certificate of commencement of business on 07.01.1994. The Company has been promoted by Shri R.K. Aggarwal, Shri J.B.Aggarwal and Shri.Chirag Aggarwal.
The Company is in the process of setting up a plant to manufacture Metalised Polyester and Biaxially Oriented Polypropelene (BOPP) films at A-71-72, Sector-58, Noida with an installed Capacity of 2400 MT. As on date it has not transacted any commercial operation.
Implementation of the project is in progress. The Company has purchased the land from Noida Authority. Satish Khanna & Associates, Architects vide their letter dated 29.12.94 has certified that civil construction works for the factory building has been completed. Only finishing work is under progress. The Company has placed order for critical plant and machinery i.e., Vaccum tec metaliser which constitute 98.15% of the total cost of plant & machinery. Letter of credit for the same has been opened on 16th November, 1994 vide letter No.IDBI/T-10/130 (691) 2061/Kuwer through Banca Commerciale Italiana, Italy. It has also placed orders for other main item of machinery and miscellaneous fixed assets. The power load of 350 KVA has been sanctioned by U.P.S.C.B.
Working capital limits of the Company has been sanctioned in-principle by the Allahabad Bank, Industrial Finance Branch, New Delhi. The application for obtaining the NOC has been submitted to U.P.P.C.B.
