    2006

    - The company becomes a public limited company on 29th August.

    - The company got its present name on 6th October.

    2007

    - The company demerged from Man (India) industries Ltd with effect from 24th March 2007.

    - The company on 22nd October recommenced its trading in the BSE and NSE.

    2010

    - Man Aluminium Limited has appointed the following as Additional Directors:

    (1) Mr. Rajesh Jain - (Independent - Non Executive) (2) Mr. Parveen Kumar Adlakha - (Independent - Non Executive). Further, the Board has appointed Mr. Mohinder Jain who was appointed as Additional Director on 24th December, 2009 as Managing Director of the Company.

    - Man Aluminium Ltd. has informed that Mr. Ravinder Nath Jain, Director has been appointed as Chairman w.e.f. January 14, 2010.
