    History of Company

Company as on 7th June, 1995 under the Companies Act, 1956 and obtained certificate of commencement on 20th June, 1995 under the Companies Act, with Registrar of Companies Gujarat at Ahmedabad.Toheal Pharmachem Ltd. (TPL) is promoted by Shri Atul Pandit having vide experience in pharmaceutical industry in association with Shri Kirit Bhatt.

    The Company is in process of setting up project to have the full fledged plant for range of pharmaceutical formulations.

    The commercial production of the project was scheduled to start in July, 96. But as on 31-3-1997, the project had not yet been completed.
