The Company was originally incorporated as "Maks Energy Solutions India Private Limited" as a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated July 27, 2010 bearing Registration Number 136962 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune, Maharashtra. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on October 23, 2019 and the name of the Company was changed to "Maks Energy Solutions India Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from private company to public company dated November 21, 2019 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune, Maharashtra.
