The name of the company was changed from Meena Air Products Limited to Mapro Industries Limited and had consequently obtained fresh certificate of incorporation on September 15, 1995.

    2006 -Mapro Industries Ltd has appointed Mr. Saket Tiku as new Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. September 01, 2006.

    2013 -Mapro Industries considers amalgamation with Potential Infra Projects
