| We were incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies
Act, 1956 on May 17, 1988 under the name MIC Electronics Private Limited
with registration number 01-08652. Subsequently, we were converted into a
public limited company on July 29, 1997 and we changed our name to MIC
Electronics Limited. In the year 2000, Phoenix Telecommunications Limited
was merged into the Company pursuant to the order dated September 14,
2000 passed by the Hon'ble Andhra Pradesh High Court.
YEAR MAJOR MILESTONES 1988 Incorporation of our Company.
1990 Started design and development of telecom products for wireless
and wireless communication.
1994 Started telecom software and IT Services.
2000 Merger with Phoenix Telecomunications Limited.
Commenced LED business.
2004 Sold first commercial LED Display product and incorporated our first
subsidiary abroad in Australia.
2006 Acquisition of InfoSTEP Inc., USA
2008

2010
- MIC Electronics Limited (BSE Code: 532850, NSE Code ; MIC), global leader in design, development & manufacturing of LED Video displays & high end Electronic & Telecommunication equipment bagged a 3 year long contract to supply video screen with Parramatta Eels National Rugby League Club through our solid alliance with Sequity Pty Ltd.

-MIC Electronics unveils LED based 3D-Hologram

-MIC Electronics bags deal to supply LED lights.
2016
-MIC Electronics Limited and LG Innotek reached an agreement to jointly develop highly energy efficient LED Lighting products using the components manufactured by LG Innotek.
-The Company has received display network order from the RailTel Corporation of India (Ministry of Railways).

-The Company has been awarded the tender for replacement of CGDB and train indicator boards at DWK PF No. 1 of Rs.30,81,189.78.
-The Company has been awarded the tender by the Kharagpur Division - Signaling and Telecommunicationof of Rs. 2,71,54,772.86/
2023 -The Company has been awarded the tender for Provision of Passenger Information System services worth Rs. 5,52,69,592/-
2024 - The company has received an order from the Lucknow division of Indian Railways. -The Company Receipt of Project Completion Certificate from Ratlam Division of Western Railway Zone.
