    The Company was originally formed as partnership firm under the name and style of "M/s MOTISONS JEWELLERS, pursuant to a deed of partnership dated October 16, 1997 as amended and restated from time to time. M/s Motisons Jewellers was thereafter converted into a public limited company in the name and style of "Motisons Jewellers Limited" on May 09, 2011 pursuant to the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 and was granted a certificate of incorporation dated May 09, 2011 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, Rajasthan ("ROC") bearing Corporate Identification Number "U36911RJ2011PLC035122".
