Thereafter, our company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 04, 2021 and consequently the name of our company was changed to `Uma Infratech Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh dated December 30, 2021 bearing Corporate Identification Number U45400UP2012PLC051081. Thereafter the name of the Company was changed pursuant to a special resolution passed by our members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 18, 2022 and consequently name of our Company was changed to `NACDAC Infrastructure Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh dated March 09, 2022 bearing Corporate Identification Number U45400UP2012PLC051081.
