NARENDRA PROPERTIES LIMITED [NPL] is a housing development company of the Madras based Maher Family. The Company was incorporated on May 25, 1995 and obtained certificate of commencement of business on 7th June 1995 with the object of carrying on the activity of property development, catering to the needs of middle, higher income groups and corporate establishments.

The promoter Mr. Narendra C. Maher, is assisted on the Board by a team of professionals from various fields. NPL proposes to operate in both the segments of Construction Industry, viz. Residential Apartments and Commercial Complexes. The percentage allocation to each segment shall depend on land availability and marketability factors, but an overall ratio of around 70% for Residential Apartments and 30% for Commercial Complexes shall be aimed at.

In residential segment the emphasis shall be on meeting the housing needs of urban/suburban population of Madras and surrounding areas. A foray may also be made in booming market of Bangalore.

In the commercial segment, the concentration shall be on development of full fledged commercial complexes having both shops and offices, in prime business localities of Madras.

The Company has a few projects on hand and is negotiating a few others which are at advanced stage of planning. The Company plans to carve out a niche market for its housing complexes by strictly adhering to quality construction and timely deliveries of completed apartments, among middle and higher income group people.

- The Company completed its residential project, NPL Redmond Square at Sholinganallur.
