Further, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from "Narmada Agrobase Private Limited" to "Narmada Agrobase Limited" vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 05, 2017 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 11, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
