History of Company

The company history sections lists out major chronological events that happened to the company.

M/s Navkar Builders Limited (NBL) was originally incorporated as Navkar Builders Private Ltd. on 2nd June, 1992 in the State of Gujarat with the main objects to carry on the construction business.  Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and a fresh 
certificate of incorporation was obtained on 21st April, 1995 with its Registered Office at Junagadh and Corporate Office at Ahmedabad.  

The Company is already engaged in the business of construction of commercial and residential complexes in and around Ahmedabad.  The main objects of the Company are to erect and construct residential and commercial complexes, to act as builders, contractors, engineers and architects as well as developers of land, estate, properties, etc.  The 
Company has already completed five such projects (measuring 2,50,000 Sq. Fts) and at present having five such projects on hand as organiser and two projects as contractors (measuring 4,38,000 Sq. Fts.)

2009
- The Company has started commercial production of Ready Mix Concrete, in their second and third project from February 23, 2009 at Vadodara & Ahmedabad in Gujarat.

-Navkar Builders appointed M/s. J. B. Shah & Co., Chartered Accounts as Auditor of the Company.

2014
-Board of Directors of the Company  have allotted 43,63,300 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 10 per equity shares (at par) on preferential basis.


2021
-Company name changed to Navkar Urbanstructure Ltd. from Navkar Builders Ltd..

2022
-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-.


2025
-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 2/- to Rs. 1/-.
-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 3:2.
