    Genesys Securities Limited was incorporated on 12.01.95 as a Public Ltd company under the Companies Act, 1956, at Hyderabad in the State of Andhra Pradesh, vide Registration No. 01-19200 of 1994-95. The Company obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business pursuant to Section 149 of the Companies Act, 1956 on 17.01.1995. Mr. A. Krishna Reddy the promoter acquired The Hyderabad Stock Exchange Membership card by transfer of membership from Late Ganesh Shankar Alshi. on 30-04-1990, for a consideration of Rs.1,00,000=00 (Rs. One Lakh). The Company has purchased the individual Membership Card of The Hyderabad Stock Exchange Ltd from Mr. A. Krishna Reddy, promoter, for a consideration of Rs.65 lacs. The Company made an application to HSE and SEBI for conversion of the Individual Membership Card to Corporate Membership Card for which it has obtained the required permissions vide HSE letter no:HSE/93-94/1074 dt. 13.02.95 and SEBI Certificate of Registration No: 1NB060695833 vide its letter No. SMD-II/38/95 dated 23-02-1995. The Corporate Membership will be operational from 01.04.1995, as per the HSE letter Ref:HSE:ADMN:95:1322 dt. 23.02.95. According to the letter of The Hyderabad Stock Exchange Ltd., Ref:HSE:ADMN:95:504, dated 24th April 1995, the last auctioned price of The Hyderabad Stock Exchange membership card, auctioned on 21st January, 1995 was for Rs.65,11,122/-. According to the agreement between Genesys Securities Limited and Mr. A. Krishna Reddy, the membership of The Hyderabad Stock Exchange Ltd. will be taken over by the Company subject to all necessary approvals from authorities concerned. Securities and Exchange Board of India, has granted certificate of registration, to Genesys Securities Ltd., vide its letter dated 23.02.1995, Ref:SMD-II/38/95., as a stock-broker. Hence it is considered that the card has been transferred on 23.02.1995. 2003 -company's shares have been listed on the BSE. 2004 -Securities of the company delisted from Hyderabad Stock Exchange. 2005 -Nihar Info Global receives order from Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Ltd (APPGCL). 2007 -E-mail ID for Investor Complaints :bsn@niharinfo.com. 2008 -Nihar Info Global has launched a unique Telegu humour portal, namely, "www.sarasam.in" and the object of the portal is to generate advertisement revenue and e-commerce revenue. 2009 -"Nihar Info Global Ltd has announced that the Company has signed with Ratiocination India Pvt. Ltd. for IT & ITES services." -Nihar Info Global has signed SAP Practice Agreement with Ratiocination India Pvt. Ltd for SAP implementations. -Nihar Info Global has signed Business Partner agreement with LERA Infotech Pvt. Ltd. for IBM FileNet implementations. LERA Infotech Pvt. Ltd. has got domain & technical expertise in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) industries. 2010 -Nihar Info Global have received a work order on August 31, 2010 from NEDCAP (Non- Conventional Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Ltd.), a State Government Undertaking for implementation of IBM File Net Solution. -Nihar Info Global have received a Work Order from Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (APIIC) Fateh maidan Road, Hyderabad towards Maintenance of their website www.apiic.in . - The Company have received a Work Order from Sify Technologies Ltd, Chennai for IBM File Net Implementation. -The Company has received a Work Order from Department of Atomic Energy for its division AMD, Hyderabad for implementation of IBM Filenet solution. 2011 -The Company have received a Work Order from National Council Of Rural Institutes (NCRI) for Implementation of IBM File Net Solution. -The Company has received 2nd Work Order from Department of Atomic Energy for its division AMD, Hyderabad for implementation of IBM Filenet solutian. -The Company have received a Work Order from Andhra- Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC), Hyderabad for maintenance of all Websites of APIIC, Lotus Mail Server and Providing Onsite Support. 2012 -The Company have received work orders during the month from Chhattisgarh Government for development of web sites for their different organisations. - Company have received a Work Order from Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research, Hyderabad for IBM Tivoli Storage management Solution. -Company has become a Member of the Oracle Gold Partner Network and the Company will enjoy a host of valuable benefits designed for companies committed to delivering innovative, quality solutions with Oracle. -Company have received a Work Order from Paradip Port Trust for extension of the project Material Management System. 2015 - The Compan has received a Work Order from Police Department, Telangana for Supply of IBM Servers. Work Order received from LV Prasad Eye Institute -The Company Launch of eCommerce portal www.goldnsilver.in on October 30, 2015". 2016 -The Company has successfully integrated its portal GoldnSilver.in with VLE's (Village Level Enterpreneurs) of CMS Computers Limited. -Nihar Info Global Ltd has received a purchase order from Laalsa Business Logistics (P) Ltd. 2017 - Company has entered an agreement with Cyberplat India Pvt Ltd for providing various services for its Nihar Market eCenters. -Company has entered an agreement with Kiyossk Solutions Pvt Ltd to sell the products in the various states via the network of Common Service Centers and Kiyossk Centres. 2024 -Nihar Info Global Limited by way of acquisition of 2 Startup Companies i.e., M/s. Life 108 Healthcare Private Limited, a Healthcare Startup Company and M/s. Beastbells Media Private Limited. -Nihar Info Global Limited has partnered with Brother International (India) Private Limited to make retail sale of the products of Brother India.
