The company is in the stage of setting up of project as stated above and has received certificate of commencement of business on 17th Dec. 1992. Omega Ag-seeds (Punjab)limited is a joint venture of Punjab Agro Industries corporation Limited (PAIC) and Omega Ag-seeds (India) Limited (OASIL).The company is promoted in 1989 by S B Vaishampayan, Dr. H M Rao and Mr. Bharat Parekh with OASIL as the copromoter.Dr. H M Rao was later substituted by B S Doshi and Bharat Parekh.
